The Clean Leaf cleans warehouses, distribution spaces and industrial units across the GTA, including Vaughan, Concord, Brampton and Mississauga. We clean the floors, washrooms, break rooms and office areas on a schedule that works around your shifts. Every warehouse gets a custom quote based on size and scope.

What is included in warehouse cleaning?
We walk through the space with you, agree a checklist and follow it on every visit.

- Washrooms cleaned and restocked with your supplies
- Break rooms and lunch rooms: tables, counters, sinks and appliance fronts
- Office areas: desks, touch points, floors and garbage
- Garbage and recycling emptied to your bins
- High-touch points such as door handles, railings and time clocks wiped
- Not included
- Machine scrubbing of large concrete floors
- Work at height above what a ladder can safely reach
- Hazardous materials or chemical spills
- Racking and stock handling
- Exterior areas and parking lots
How often should a warehouse be cleaned?
Most warehouses need washrooms, break rooms and offices cleaned several times a week, because that is where staff spend their breaks and where hygiene matters most. Warehouse floors and loading areas can often be done weekly, more often during busy seasons.
We can visit before a shift starts, between shifts or on Saturdays, between 8am and 8pm, so cleaning does not get in the way of forklifts or deliveries. Tell us about any safety rules on site, such as high-visibility vests or walkways, and our cleaners follow them.

How much does warehouse cleaning cost?
Warehouse cleaning is quoted on the size of the space, how often we clean and what is included. Office areas start at $110 per visit and one-time heavy jobs are $55 per cleaner per hour with a 3 hour minimum, before 13% HST.

Do you supply washroom paper and soap?
We restock washrooms with the supplies you provide. Our cleaners bring their own cleaning products and equipment.
Do you machine scrub warehouse floors?
No. We sweep, dust mop and spot clean floors. For machine scrubbing of large concrete floors, we recommend a floor care specialist.
