What is included in post-construction cleaning?

The builder or contractor removes large debris and materials first. We handle the cleaning after that.
  • Included
  • Fine dust removed from walls, ledges, trim and baseboards
  • Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
  • Window sills and tracks
  • Light fixtures, vent covers and outlet covers wiped
  • Paint, plaster and sticker residue removed from hard surfaces where safe
  • Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and polished
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, often more than once
  • Not included
  • Removing large debris, leftover materials or garbage bins
  • Exterior windows and outdoor areas
  • Carpet shampooing

How long does post-construction cleaning take?

It depends on the size of the space and how much dust is left. A single renovated room can be done in a few hours, while a full new build often needs a team for a full day or more.

Heavy, custom or long jobs are billed at $55 per cleaner per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. We tell you which pricing applies before we start.
