Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The Clean Leaf (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service through our website, phone, or email, you (“the client” or “you”) agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services across Simcoe County, Ontario. Service details, pricing, and duration may vary based on location, property size, and selected package.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- You will receive confirmation by phone, email, or SMS once your booking is approved.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.
3. Payments
- We currently accept bank transfers only.
- Payment is due in full on the day of service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- Failure to pay may result in late fees or denial of future service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost with proper notice.
5. Access to Property
You must ensure safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled service window. If access is not granted within 20 minutes of the agreed time, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a fee.
6. Pets and Personal Belongings
We are a pet-friendly company, but please inform us in advance if pets will be present. We are not responsible for unrestrained pets or damages caused by pets during the service.
Please secure any fragile, valuable, or personal items prior to our arrival.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a touch-up or partial refund, where appropriate.
8. Limitations of Liability
While we take great care in our work, The Clean Leaf is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or stains
- Unsecured valuables
- Damage resulting from unsafe cleaning conditions or materials not disclosed in advance
Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
